Throughout my career I have worked in a multitude of subject areas that included research in music, sciences, humanities, social sciences, and historical/archival collections. In the course of these endeavors, I have worked with journalists, authors, documentarians, historians, content and media producers.

In addition to these professional activities I have also pursued my interest in singing performing in pubs, cultural and community settings throughout New Jersey and New York which has included bookings at the Clearwater Folk Festival. Other credits include a performance recording that is included in the Smithsonian Institution Festival of American Folk Life 1982 -1983 FP-1983-CT-0070: Paul Pattwell, Irish singing, Sean-Nos   1 sound recording compact audio cassette.
